An industrial group with plants on three continents decides to manufacture in India. INDOLINK accompanied Bellota Agrisolutions (Corporación Patricio Echeverría) every step of the way: from market research to a running factory in Nasik, as a fully integrated turnkey project.

When ICEX, Spain's foreign trade institute, needed a first-hand picture of Indian industry to guide Spanish investment, it entrusted the fieldwork to INDOLINK: 40 companies audited on site, from automotive to textiles, across the whole of India.

From the first question — manufacture or outsource in India? — to a fully owned plant supplying its customers: sixteen months. This was the setup of MIJU S.A., a Spanish automotive rubber components SME, delivered hand in hand with INDOLINK as a turnkey project.
